About

I grew up on a farm in a small town in Upstate New York, I moved to New York City seeking out fashion and art. I specialize in evening wear and couture for petite women. Growing up a shorter girl, it was difficult to find dresses that fit properly and if there was beading or other detail work on the dresses then it was difficult to fix the fit, and would also cost more to alter. I could only purchase dresses that were short, simple and had an easy hem to adjust. There should be more delicately hand crafted garments for women who aren’t models. The intricate and meticulous hand of couture is what brings me joy, beading, lace, appliques, and manipulations all excite me and spark my creativity. I want to empower petite women, make them stand out and feel confident about the dress that so much time and effort was poured into just for them.
